Course Description and Fees - Skin Care
The skin care program consists of 260 hours and is based on theory and practical experience. The program provides students with extensive knowledge on facial technology. Students will develop skills in European facial techniques, hair removal, makeup applications and skin care. The student will receive a certificate of completion and will be registered with the state upon successful completion of the program hours, clinical services and final exam. Students have the options of selecting the courses in English or Spanish.
Prerequisites
Diamond Beauty School prefers that applicants for admission to our school furnish a copy of a high school diploma, transcripts, or a GED. In cases where the prospective student does not possess a high school diploma or GED, he/she may take the Ability to Benefit Test. The school will administer the Wonderlic Cognitive Ability test. It would be available to the student in the school, either online or on paper. Minimum passing scores are 10 for Verbal and for Quantitative
Students must be at least 16 years old to be accepted. Parental Consent is required for students under 18 years of age.

- 16 hours and 15 minutes per week X 16 weeks = 260 Clock Hours
